+Who is Int8grator?
Mainly is me, Cris Marc. However, over time, more people join the team by coming with fresh ideas and concepts. Mostly of them are professionals and even they are not ye present on the website they will appear in the next months.
+How the idea was born?
I came with the idea after more than 10 years of experience in the field and working for the enterprise environment. Adoption of Open Source Software is not new and I cannot claim the trend. Still, since we all want to make our lives a better place I believe that we need to more place of discussion and share experiences within the process of adoption.
+Material and source code download.
Most of the code, tutorials and digital materials are free to download. However, some of the items are not. Therefore some rules apply. I am trying to test the code and generate the materials as clear as possible. Sometimes there is not the case. Still for items that you’ll pay I am giving a great deal of attention and not let any stones unturned.
+Non-tangible irrevocable goods
Since www.int8grator.com offers non-tangible irrevocable goods I do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product URL link is sent or accessed within the My Account section of the website. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at my website. I stand behind the products and your satisfaction is important to me. However, because my products are digital goods delivered via Internet download I generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you did not download my products, I will happily issue you refund upon your request.
+Reason of Non-delivery
Reason of Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server you might not received a delivery e-mail from the website. In this case I do recommend contacting me for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submit within 3 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and download;
+Download and unzipping issues
Download and unzipping issues: downloads from my servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access my products. While I am flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads I will not tolerate download abuse. I reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers. It may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the products or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must submitted within 3 days. If you do not properly contact me during this period, you agreed that I may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue”.
Please note that I will not bear any responsibility and therefore I do not satisfy and refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of my products with some third-party software(plug-ins, add-on modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc ) other than those which are specified as compatible in the description available on the sales page of each product. I do not guarantee that my product is fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web-hosts, etc) and I do not provide support for third-party applications.
Such issues should be reported within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
